Effective Date: January 1, 2026. By accessing Just One More Play, you agree to these binding terms governing your virtual expedition.

1. Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

By registering an account or playing our games as a guest, you enter into a binding contract with Just One More Play Operations Ltd. These terms dictate your use of our platform, software, and services. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to access The Sapphire Oasis. We reserve the right to verify age and to terminate accounts found to belong to minors. The platform operates primarily under Canadian jurisdiction but is available globally where social gaming is permitted.

3. The Simulated Nature of Virtual Currency (Mirage Tokens)

Our platform uses Mirage Tokens (MGT) exclusively. These tokens are entirely fictional. They possess no real-world cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred outside the platform, or exchanged for goods, services, or currency. Just One More Play does not accept deposits. Winnings in our games solely increase your virtual balance for extended play.

4. User Account Creation and Security Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss of virtual currency or rank progression due to compromised passwords.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Exploit Rules

Players are forbidden from using automated bots, scripts, or any exploit to manipulate game outcomes, inflate Mirage Token balances, or abuse the Water Clock easter egg feature. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and permanent banishment from the oasis.

6. Intellectual Property Rights (World and Assets)

All visual assets, lore, game designs, and UI elements (including the Dune Scarab Spins and Sapphire Mirage Wheel) are the exclusive intellectual property of Just One More Play Operations Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to view and interact with these assets strictly for personal entertainment.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime. In the event of a system malfunction, all affected plays and virtual payouts will be voided.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of the site will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, ON.
